  • OVERVIEW AND USE  
    • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and StableDuel UK LTD (“Agreement“). Throughout the site and app the terms “StableDuel”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to StableDuel, Company Number 14574176 and whose principal place address is 14th Floor, Millbank Tower, 21-24 Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP .StableDuel offers certain Services (defined below) to you, the user.
    • By visiting, accessing or using any of our website(s) stableduel.co.uk (the “Website“) and its mobile application(s) (currently available on iOS and Android) (“App(s)”) (together the Website and App being the “Platform”), and accessing our betting products, content, tools, widgets, or services, software, API(s), and/or other product(s), service(s), data, or information made available via our Website and/or App (together the “Services”) and agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
    • Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies and obligations. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy (see Section 8) and any other standard policies or community guidelines incorporated herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you may not access or use any of the Services.
    • StableDuel is licensed and regulated by the GB Gambling Commission (Licence 000-061892-R-336815-001).
    • Whilst we shall update you of any updates to the Terms as set out in Sections 20, we suggest that you check the Platform regularly for updates and save a copy of these Terms for your future reference.
  • GAME RULES
    • StableDuel’s Game Rules are available under the Rules and Scoring section in the App. By playing a game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Game Rules.
  • CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
    • To establish an account to gamble on StableDuel’s games (a “Customer Account”) and/or use the Services, you must meet the following requirements (collectively, the “Basic Requirements”):
      • be an individual of at least 18 years of age; and
      • are located in Great Britain.
    • If you are under the age of 18 and enter the StableDuel contests or otherwise gamble, you are committing a criminal offence in Great Britain.
    • The following persons are ineligible to access or use the Services: StableDuel employees, officers, and directors (and their immediate family members) of StableDuel, its subsidiaries, and affiliates; and any other person with access to non-public information regarding the operation of any StableDuel game. For purposes of this Section, immediate family members include any person permanently residing in the same household with such employee, officer, or director. StableDuel employees may use the Services for the purpose of testing the user experience but may not withdraw money or prizes for themselves.
    • You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for complying (and that you comply) with your own local, national, federal, state or other laws concerning gambling prior to opening an account or using the Services. In particular, if you are located in a country where use of the Services is prohibited, you must not (i) register with us for the Services; (ii) attempt to use the Services; or (iii) use your payment card or other payment method to deposit monies or use the Services.
    • You further acknowledge and agree that:
      • you are not subject to backup withholding tax because: (a) you are exempt from backup withholding, or (b) the tax authority in your jurisdiction has not notified you that you are subject to backup withholding as a result of a failure to report all interest or dividends, or (c) the tax authority in your jurisdiction has notified you that you are no longer subject to backup withholding; and
      • you are solely responsible for recording, paying and accounting to any relevant governmental, taxation or other authority for any tax or other levy that may be payable on any winnings paid to you.
    • StableDuel may require anyone receiving any prize or winnings to provide us with proof that they are, or were, at the time the subject game was played, eligible to participate according to the Terms.
    • By establishing a Customer Account with StableDuel, you certify that:
      • you have read and agree to use your account in accordance with these Terms;
      • you agree to play our games in accordance with our Game Rules;
      • you meet the Basic Requirements;
      • all details and documentation which you provide us with in order to open a Customer Account or at any time afterwards are correct, true and complete;
      • it is your responsibility to ensure the details of the wagers which you make in entering into StableDuel’s games are correct;
      • you will not deceitfully take advantage of our account credits, bonuses and/or promotions;
      • your account is for your personal, private and non-commercial use only;
      • at the time you register, you have not self-excluded from the Platform nor have you registered with GAMSTOP;
      • you will not use credit cards to deposit funds into your account, nor shall you use any e-wallet or other money service that facilitates deposits via a credit card; and
      • you will only maintain one Customer Account in order to access or use the Services.
    • CUSTOMER DETAILS AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION
      • In order to set up a Customer Account or otherwise access the Services, you must provide to StableDuel the following information:
        • full legal name
        • date of birth;
        • country of residence;
        • principal residential address;
        • email address;
        • telephone number; and
        • any additional information that StableDuel requests to verify your identity.
      • StableDuel is required to verify your name, address and date of birth before you are permitted to deposit funds or gamble (with your own funds or any bonus funds) or before you are permitted to access any free-to-play games.
      • As part of the registration process, StableDuel may supply your information details to StableDuel’s appointed third party diligence company, an authorised credit reference agency and the customer’s bank / payment provider to confirm your name, age, identity, source of funds and payment details. You agree that we may process such information in connection with your registration.
      • In the event that StableDuel is unable to satisfactorily verify your identity from the information that you have initially disclosed, you may be asked to provide the following documentation before opening an account and/or accessing any of the Services:
        • D. verification: a legally valid photographic document, such as a driving licence or passport, showing your full legal name, date of birth and photograph. In some cases, you may be asked to have your documents signed and stamped by a qualified notary or solicitor as proof of legitimacy; and/or
        • Proof of address: a utility bill dated in the past 3 months or a bank statement showing your full legal name and residential address (as listed in your account).
      • If on completion of such age and/or identity verification processes, you are found to be under the age of 18 and/or have provided false and/or inaccurate information on registration with the Platform, StableDuel will:
        • close your Customer Account in accordance with applicable regulation; and
        • terminate the Agreement.
      • You agree to notify StableDuel if there are any changes to the information provided under Section 4.1 and StableDuel may request confirmation from you from time to time that the information provided in Section 4.1 remains accurate.
      • StableDuel may also request any other identity verification information it may reasonably require in order to comply with any new legal or regulatory requirements that become applicable to your access to the Services (including depositing any funds and/or participation in any of StableDuel’s games).
      • In order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, we obtain, record and verify information that identifies each individual who requests to establish a Customer Account. We may, at any time, request additional identifying documents or information where we are required to do so pursuant to, and in accordance with, our legal and regulatory obligations.  If StableDuel has reasonable grounds to believe, at any time, that your account information is not sufficient to verify your identity to satisfy our legal and regulatory requirements, and you subsequently fail to provide the requested documentation that enables StableDuel to verify your identity, StableDuel may deny you the opportunity to open a Customer Account and/or access the Services.
      • You may establish and maintain only one active account for participation in the activities offered on the Site. In the event that StableDuel discovers that you have opened more than one account per person, in addition to the other rights StableDuel may have, StableDuel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any or all of your Customer Accounts.
      • All information supplied when setting up your Customer Account must be your information and be accurate and complete in all respects. Where this is not the case, we may suspend your Customer Account and treat any deposits into the gambling account as being invalid (and any winnings arising from such deposit as void).
    • ACCOUNT SECURITY
      • In order to create a Customer Account to access the Services, you must create a username and password.
      • You agree to keep your username, password and/or other confidential account data confidential.
      • You may not use another’s Customer Account to access the Services or allow any person other than you to use your Customer Account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs on your Customer Account and you acknowledge and agree that StableDuel is authorised to act on instructions it receives through the use of your Customer Account.
      • You must notify StableDuel immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your Customer Account. StableDuel will not be responsible for any misuse or access to your Customer Account unless this is directly related to our failure to provide the Services in accordance with reasonable care and skill.
      • You acknowledge and agree that, without prior notice, StableDuel may, but is not required to, deny access or block any transaction made through the use of your Customer Account if StableDuel reasonably believes that your Customer Account is being used by someone other than you.
      • You will neither collude with another player to gain an unfair advantage against us or any other player nor transfer funds from your Customer Account to another customer’s Customer Account.
      • You are responsible for maintaining your own access to the internet and for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access or otherwise use the Services, including, without limitation, modems, hardware, servers, software, operating systems, networking, web servers and the like (collectively, “Equipment”). You shall also be responsible for maintaining the security of the Equipment and for obtaining all consents and permissions required for you to access the Services via the Equipment that you use.
      • The current balance and transaction history of your Customer Account may be viewed at any time once you have logged into your Customer Account.
    • GENERAL CONDITIONS
      • We reserve the right to refuse to: (i) accept any bet from any person; and/or (ii) to set up a Customer Account for any person.
      • You will keep and protect any of our Confidential Information (defined below) as confidential, using at least the same efforts you use to protect your own confidential information and in no event less than reasonable and industry standard efforts. Our “Confidential Information” includes the Services, documentation and information about the Services and their operation, and any other information you obtain from or about us or from or about the Services, or any other information which a reasonable person would or should understand to be confidential or proprietary in nature. Your confidentiality obligations shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
    • THIRD-PARTY LINKS  
      • Third-party links available on the Platform may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with StableDuel. StableDuel is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and it does not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. StableDuel is not liable (either directly or indirectly) for any harm, loss or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.
    • PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY POLICY  
      • Your personal information submitted to us through your access of, and/or generated as a result of your use of, the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy which can be found at https://stableduel.cuk/privacy-policy/.
    • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
      • Unless otherwise indicated, all text, data, information, graphics, icons, logos, buttons, images, visual, audio, audio-visual coverage and any other content or materials incorporated within and/or made available via the Platform (collectively, “StableDuel IP”) are copyrighted materials or trademarks of, and owned and controlled by StableDuel or its third party licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the StableDuel IP.
      • All software used on the Platform is the property of StableDuel, its subcontractors or its software suppliers and is subject to applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not modify, decipher, de­compile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Platform. You may not copy, adapt, reuse, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, display, publish or perform any of the content of the Platform (including any StableDuel IP) without StableDuel’s express written permission. [The Platform may also contain third party trademarks and service marks of participating gambling establishments licensed by various federal and state regulatory bodies to conduct wagering activity connected with this website. All marks are the property of their respective holders.]
      • Subject always to the terms of StableDuel’s privacy policy and restrictions under and pursuant to applicable law, StableDuel:
        • owns:
          • any data to the extent processed by, or resulting as an output of, the Services, and all Services usage data, statistical data or aggregated data collected or reported with respect to the any part or all of the Services, including, without limitation, any aggregated and anonymised data extracted or derived from the Services, including all aggregated and anonymised usage data, statistical data, transactional data, metadata, market data and other aggregated and anonymised data collected from user data and files; and
          • any metadata it collects from or about your use of the Services; and
        • without limiting the generality of the foregoing, StableDuel reserves the right to create and market public indexes, analysis or insights created from such data.
      • Subject to your compliance with the Terms, StableDuel grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable licence to: (i) download and use the App on your personal device(s); and (ii) access and view content made available on or through the Platform, solely for your personal and non-commercial use to the extent necessary to place bets through the Platform using the Services.
    • PROHIBITED USES  
      • In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the website, App, Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (l) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Services.
      • You shall not download any content, software or services unless you see a “download” or similar link displayed on the Services for that content. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content for any other purposes without our prior written consent or the respective licensors of the content. We, and our licensors, reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Services and their content. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Services or the content therein.
      • For the purposes of these Terms, those actions which are prohibited pursuant to Sections 10.1 – 10.2 shall be considered “Prohibited Practices”.
      • If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you will engage in, have engaged and/or are engaging in any Prohibited Practices with regards to the Platform or Services, we may suspend your Customer Account and during such period of such suspension you must not use the Services.
      • We reserve the right to inform our affiliates, relevant authorities, other online gaming or gambling operators, other online service providers and banks, processing companies, electronic payment providers and/or other financial institutions of your identity and of your engagement or attempted engagement in any Prohibited Practices. You agree to fully cooperate with us with our investigation into any such Prohibited Practices, and acknowledge that we may also disclose your identity and information on your engagement or attempted engagement in any Prohibited Practices to any third party engaged by us to assist us in any investigation we carry out.
      • If you suspect that any player using the Services is engaging and/or attempting to engage in any Prohibited Practices, please let us know via support@stableduel.com.
    • DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT
      • In order to participate in any games, you must deposit monies into your Customer Account [in pounds sterling] using one of StableDuel’s approved payment methods, which are listed on the Funding Accounts page.
      • StableDuel reserves the right to recover unpaid deposits and fees from your Customer Account, through collection procedures, and to seek any and all relief that may be available to it.
      • You agree not to deny or reverse any payment which you have made to us or have sent to us. You will reimburse us for any denial or reversal of any payment you make or which you have sent to us and any losses suffered by us as a consequence.
      • You understand that all financial account transactions will be handled by StableDuel, or third party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions on our behalf and checks on financial account transactions shall be done to prevent money laundering. As set out in Section 4, StableDuel reserves the right to run credit checks with third parties using the information submitted to us by you through the opening of the Customer Account.
      • All payments into your Customer Account must be from an approved payment source (such as a debit card), on which you are the named account holder.
      • You confirm and acknowledge that StableDuel account balances accrue no interest.
      • In the event there are unpaid fees and charges to your account, StableDuel reserves the right to disable your Customer Account until your unpaid fees and charges are paid.
      • StableDuel reserves the right to refer any amounts unpaid by you in breach of these Terms to collection agencies, check registries and credit reporting agencies and, in such circumstances, to collect from you any fees or charges incurred by StableDuel as a result of such collection efforts.
    • WITHDRAWALS
      • The results and winners of each game will be determined by StableDuel in accordance with the Game Rules, and such determinations are final. By registering and/or participating in any tournament, you agree to be bound by these determinations.
      • Cash prize payouts shall be calculated and processed in accordance with the Game Rules.
      • You may withdraw your cash prize awards by using the Withdrawal option on the Platform.
      • You may withdraw your real money balance (your deposit and any winnings generated from the deposit) at any time without restriction, save where to do so would be otherwise than in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
      • Our preferred method of payment is to return funds directly to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
      • Funds may be withdrawn from your Customer Account provided that:
        • your bank can take up to 72 hours to return withdrawals to your payment method; and
        • any amounts due to StableDuel (including any losses suffered by StableDuel which are recoverable from you as a result of your breach of these Terms) may be deducted from monies in your Player Account.
      • StableDuel reserves the right to seek such other information as it might require in order to confirm your identity in order to satisfy its legal and regulatory requirements prior to authorizing any withdrawal of funds.
      • You accept that all transactions may be checked to prevent money laundering and that any transactions made by you which StableDuel deems suspicious, may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
      • All taxes associated with the receipt of any prize are your sole responsibility.
    • DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
      • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND OF COMPLETENESS OR ACCURACY OF CONTENT ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
      • Neither StableDuel nor any of our licensors guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, free from viruses, or error-free.
      • We are not responsible if information (including historical race performance information) made available on our site or through our app is not accurate, complete or current. The material on our site and app is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site or app is at your own risk and any historical race performance information made available to you as part of the Services is provided for your reference only.
      • StableDuel owns and operates its contests and promotions without sponsorship or endorsement from Apple.
    • OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
      • StableDuel will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care to you and within a reasonable time and nothing under this Agreement (including this Section 14) shall exclude, limit or restrict our liability for any failure to do so nor any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer.
      • Nothing in this Section 14 shall limit StableDuel’s liability to pay the winnings or other sums properly owing to you, subject always to these terms and conditions.
      • Other than as provided in Section 14.1 and/or Section 14.9, StableDuel will not be responsible to you nor any third party for any loss, damage, expenses or costs which in anyway relate to:
        • your use of the Services otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions;
        • if we suspend or modify the Services in accordance with these terms and conditions;
        • the content of a third party site which you access through a link made available by us; and / or
        • if we stop making the Services available to you in accordance with these terms and conditions.
      • In addition to Section 14.2, other than as provided in Section 14.1 and Section 14.9, we will not be responsible to you nor any third party for any:
        • indirect or consequential loss;
        • loss of any profit;
        • loss of any information;
        • loss caused by any internet or any telecommunications service provider that you have engaged in order to access the Services;
        • content you upload onto our chat facility which is made available to you as part of our Services;
        • loss which is caused by the device through which you access the Services;
        • loss caused by incorrect entries to any games made by you, including data input errors with respect to the entry into contests; and/or
        • any event which is outside our reasonable control, this includes any telecommunications network failures, power failures, failures in third party computer (or other) equipment, cyber-attack fire, lightning, explosion, flood, severe weather, industrial disputes or lock-outs, terrorist activity and acts of government or other competent authorities.
      • Subject to the other provisions of this Section 14, our maximum liability (including that of our officers, employees and/or agents) in relation to this Agreement whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed:
        • where our liability relates to a particular contest the amount of the entry fee for that contest in respect of which our liability has arisen; and
        • in respect of any other liability, £1,000
      • The Software and/or the Services may experience or be affected by a:
        • computer virus;
        • computer or software malfunction;
        • software bug;
        • error (including a mis-statement or obvious error in the terms on which a bet or game is offered or a manual or computer input error);
        • delay (including as a result of a technical failure or unforeseen event); and/or
        • failure to operate in accordance with the rules of the relevant game or betting product,

(collectively and individually an “Error“).

  • We shall use reasonable endeavours to detect and notify you of any Error as soon as reasonably practicable.
  • If we reasonably believe that you have received any winnings and/or bonuses as a result of an Error, we may cancel any winnings and/or bonuses and void any game and bet affected by the Error.
  • Save in circumstances where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Error was caused by your involvement in any Prohibited Practice, we shall refund you any wager which you have made by crediting it to your Customer Account or, if the Customer Account has been terminated, we shall refund you any such real money wagered, through an approved payment method. In circumstances where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Error was caused by your involvement in any Prohibited Practice, we shall be entitled to withhold the amount wagered. Furthermore, in each such case, subject to Sections 14.1 and 14.10, we will have no liability to you for any loss of winnings and/or bonuses in the event that any game or bet is voided or otherwise affected by an Error.
  • Nothing in the Agreement will exclude any liability which we have to you which may arise from negligence causing death or personal injury; or from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • INDEMNIFICATION 
    • YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS STABLEDUEL AND ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES, AND EACH OF OUR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, INTERNS AND EMPLOYEES FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES, DEMANDS, CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, COSTS, EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, INCURRED BY US OR SUCH PARTIES AND/OR ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM (1) A BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT; (2) ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING THE SERVICE WITH YOUR PASSWORD; (3) YOUR INFRINGEMENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY RIGHT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY COPYRIGHT, PROPERTY OR PRIVACY RIGHT; (4) YOUR BREACH OF ANY LAW, RULE OR REGULATION; AND/OR (5) YOUR CONTENT OR DATA, INCLUDING IF IT CAUSES ANY DAMAGE TO A THIRD PARTY. YOUR DEFENCE, INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS OBLIGATIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT WILL SURVIVE THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
  • PROMOTIONAL TERMS
    • StableDuel may from time to time conduct promotions. When conducting such promotions shall ensure that the relevant terms and conditions (including any wagering requirements, if applicable) for such promotions are made available to all customers who are entitled to participate in such promotion prior to the customer signing up to that promotion and that such terms remain available for the full duration of such promotion.
    • In order to participate in any promotion, customers must expressly accept the terms and conditions of that promotion.
  • PROTECTION OF FUNDS

StableDuel is required by its British Gambling Commission licence to inform customers about what happens to funds which we hold on account for you, and the extent to which funds are protected in the event of insolvency.

  • In the event of insolvency, customer funds are held with High Protection.
  • StableDuel holds customer funds are held in a formal trust account which is legally and in practice separate from the affairs of the company; and is verified by and subject to controls by an independent trustee or external auditor. This means that steps have been taken to ensure that customer funds are repaid to customers in the event of insolvency. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: high protection. For more information, please see the customer funds insolvency ratings system.

  • RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
    • StableDuel encourages and is committed to establishing that its customers gamble responsibly. More information on our responsible gambling tools and policies are available within the Responsible Gambling section of the Platform.
  • SELFEXCLUSION
    • StableDuel offers a self-exclusion function if you feel that your gambling is out of control and you want our assistance to help stop:
      • you can choose to exclude yourself from accessing the Services through your Customer Account for a minimum period of 6 months and a maximum of 5 years; and
      • you can exclude yourself from placing bets on our Platform by any means set out in the Contact Us section of the Platform (including by email (support@stableduel.co.uk) or social media channels), specifying your name, address and data of birth. If a specific period is not given, StableDuel will exclude you for the minimum period of 6 months.
    • Following the self-exclusion request, you will be prohibited from using your Customer Account and from opening a new Customer account during the self-exclusion period. At the end of the period, you may recommence betting by emailing our Customer Support Team after a 24 hour waiting period has lapsed.
    • Self-exclusion will take place immediately if using the Self-Exclusion facility available through the Responsible Gambling section of the StableDuel App, or from the time you receive a self-exclusion confirmation email after contacting the StableDuel support team by email.
    • In addition to our own internal self-exclusion facility detailed in Section 24.1, StableDuel is registered with the self-exclusion service provided by The National Online Self Exclusion Scheme Limited (“GAMSTOP”). Successfully registering with the GAMSTOP self-exclusion service will prevent you from accessing all online gambling websites and apps run by companies licensed as members of the service.     • If you request to self-exclude by using GAMSTOP, based on the information that you have provided to GAMSTOP, StableDuel will take reasonable steps to prevent you from transacting on your Customer Account, as soon as is reasonably practicable, following your self-exclusion being registered with GAMSTOP. However, there may be circumstances where StableDuel is unable to do so – these circumstances may include, but are not limited to; (1) where StableDuel is unable to match your Customer Account with the details that you provided to GAMSTOP; and (2) where there is a technical failure in the operation of GAMSTOP and we are unable to access the most up to date self-exclusion information.
  • CHANGES TO THE TERMS
    • StableDuel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time as may be required for a number of reasons including (without limitation) for commercial reasons, to comply with law or regulations, to comply with instructions, guidance or recommendations from a regulatory body, or for customer service reasons.
    • If StableDuel makes material changes to the Terms, it will give you as much prior notice of such changes as is reasonably practicable but, in any event, you will be notified of material changes before they come into effect. Material changes will be communicated to you via email and pop-up notifications when you log into your account. After being informed of the changes, you will be asked to ‘Agree’ to the changes to continue to use the Platform and Services. Your continued use of the site after being notified of the material changes, and after indicating your acceptance of them, will be deemed to be your acceptance of the changes.  If you do not agree to the material changes, then you will not be able to continue to use the Service and the Websites, but you shall always be able to withdraw your funds subject to the Terms of Use.
    • The date on which each relevant document comprising the then current Terms came into (or will come into) force will be as stated in the date contained at the bottom of the Terms page.
  • SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
    • Without restricting StableDuel’s ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to it, it may suspend or terminate your Customer Account and/or cancel any bets placed by you in relation to any game at our absolute discretion if StableDuel:
      • has reasonable grounds to believe that you:
        • are engaging or have engaged in any Prohibited Practice;
        • have breached these Terms;
        • are engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity while using our Services;
        • you may have self-excluded;
      • is required to do so by law, any regulatory requirement or at the direction of any competent regulatory authority (including the GB Gambling Commission).
    • You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying StableDuel by email at support@stableduel.co.uk that you no longer wish to use our Services or otherwise by deleting the StableDuel app.
    • In the event that we are to stop: (i) providing the Services; or (ii) making the Platform available, we shall provide you with reasonable prior notice of our intention to do so.
    • On termination of this Agreement or suspension of your Customer Account in accordance with these Terms:
      • you will immediately stop using the Services; and
      • StableDuel will cancel all your open bets at the time of termination.
    • Termination of this Agreement shall not affect your rights to make any withdrawals of any accrued amounts, provided that StableDuel shall be entitled to withhold the whole or part of the balance in your Player Account to the extent of: (i) any claim StableDuel has against you as a result of your breach of these Terms; (ii) the amount of any deposits, winnings or pay-outs which have been affected by or are in any way attributable to any Prohibited Practices; (iii) any sum owed to StableDuel; and/or (iv) any amount required to be withheld by applicable law or regulation.
  • COMPLAINTS
    • If you have a complaint, you can contact us as set out in the Contact Us section of the Platform (including by email (support@stableduel.co.uk), social media direct message or by . We will seek to resolve a reported matter promptly. Complaints will be escalated internally according to the urgency and nature of the complaint, and once a solution has been identified it will be made known to you as soon as reasonably possible.
    • If your complaint relates to the outcome of a gambling transaction and for some reason you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint by us within 8 weeks of us having received your complaint and where you have cooperated with us in relation to the complaints process in a timely manner, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the IBAS via their website at www.ibas-uk.co.uk. Where you refer your claim to the IBAS you should do so promptly. IBAS will not charge you for making a complaint and if you are not satisfied with the outcome you can still bring legal proceedings.
    • The complaints procedure will not affect any rights which you may have under applicable law.
  • OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
    • If a court or relevant authority finds any part of this contract to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue in full force and effect. Each of the Sections in these Terms operate separately.
    • Except as they may be supplemented by additional terms and conditions, policies, guidelines or standards, these Terms constitute the entire Agreement between you and us, and supersede any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between you and us in relation to the access to and use of the Services.
    • No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of this Agreement or your use of the Services.
    • Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings: these Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts.
    • This Agreement is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of these Terms.
    • If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breach of these Terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
    • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these Terms.
    • You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree to this in writing.
    • The headings and section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
